Terms of Service

By accessing or using Personal Beyblade Tracker (PBT), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
1. Use of Service
PBT supports personal Beyblade tracking and community event administration, including events run by hobby shops. You agree not to misuse the service, bypass security measures, or use it for illegal activities.
2. User Accounts
To access most features of PBT, you must sign in using a Google account. You are responsible for safeguarding your Google account credentials. PBT does not store passwords and cannot recover lost Google accounts.
3. User Generated Content
When participating in the Global Forum or submitting community listings, you agree to follow our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines, is abusive, spam, or otherwise inappropriate, without prior notice.
4. Intellectual Property
PBT is an independent, fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by TOMY Company, Ltd. or Hasbro, Inc. All Beyblade trademarks, imagery, and related properties belong to their respective owners.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
6. Organizer Events and Entry Fees
Communities set their event rules, entry fees, capacity, refund policies, and published results. Players pay entry fees directly to the organizer through the methods the organizer enables. PBT records payment submissions and staff decisions; a screenshot is not proof that a payment has been received. PBT does not hold entry-fee money, process event payouts, or perform event refunds. Entry-fee and event-fulfilment disputes must be raised with the organizer. PBT can investigate misuse of the platform or access to its records.
Organizers must use participant data only for legitimate event administration, protect payment evidence and printed or downloaded rosters, invite staff only with appropriate permissions, and respect player privacy choices and guardian-consent requirements. An organizer cannot override the public-name protection for an account declared under 18.
7. Organizer Subscriptions
Organizer subscription charges pay for PBT community tools and are separate from event entry fees. The price, billing interval, renewal method, and any founding-member price-lock period are shown at checkout or on the manual invoice. Automatic renewal requires authorization with the subscription payment provider; a manual invoice never authorizes an automatic debit. Owners can cancel future renewals from Billing. Access continues for the paid period unless otherwise required by law.
Failed renewals have a seven-day grace period. After access ends, the workspace becomes read-only; an event already in progress can finish check-in and results. Historical event records are not deleted because a subscription ends. Contact PBT through Feedback for subscription billing concerns or a review of an incorrect charge. Nothing in these terms removes rights provided by applicable law.
