By accessing or using Personal Beyblade Tracker (PBT), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

1. Use of Service

PBT is provided for personal, non-commercial use by members of the Beyblade community. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass any security measures, or use the service for any illegal activities.

2. User Accounts

To access most features of PBT, you must sign in using a Google account. You are responsible for safeguarding your Google account credentials. PBT does not store passwords and cannot recover lost Google accounts.

3. User Generated Content

When participating in the Global Forum or submitting community listings, you agree to follow our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines, is abusive, spam, or otherwise inappropriate, without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

PBT is an independent, fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by TOMY Company, Ltd. or Hasbro, Inc. All Beyblade trademarks, imagery, and related properties belong to their respective owners.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
